Consultant with experience in participatory approaches to research processes, facilitating dialogues, and monitoring and evaluation.

I believe in the power of participatory processes that aim to build, implement, and evaluate solutions with the involvement of the people who will benefit from them or be affected by them.

I am motivated by contributing to projects that put people and nature at the center , especially populations and beings historically excluded from decision-making processes and who face the greatest consequences of the environmental crisis and social inequality we are experiencing today.

Approaches

Facilitation

Based on methodologies

In roles that encourage collaboration and decision-making, I work in the planning, management, and systematization of participatory processes involving a diverse range of stakeholders.

Research

I work as a researcher in the socio-environmental field and on topics related to the climate crisis; I have experience in coordinating collective processes of investigation and action on a given reality based on action research.

Monitoring
and Evaluation

I support organizations in investigating the contributions of their work to changes in the systems in which they operate, using monitoring, evaluation, and learning approaches that prioritize the participation of the stakeholders with whom they work.
